Even though the blooms are ephemeral, we appreciate them for those few days and remember they will come again. We have planted dafodils in many places around the front and back and each time we get a good first year. Then the trees reach a little further to close the gaps in the cover and shade them out --- nary a bloom this year.

I cannot believe that out of those hundreds of daffodils, you do not have even one bloom!!! Amazing. It is hard to have flowers under trees.

Derby Day

These two were in great form at the Derby Day party. The food was fantastic, as always. Corby certainly can plan a party!!! The friends who were at the reunion were also at the Derby party. It was a great time.
